Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your We Are Dance gear. However, because our items are made to order specifically for you, we have a few clear guidelines regarding returns.

Made to order or personalised items

Any items that have been customised or personalised specifically for you are non-returnable. The only exception to this is if the item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty. In these rare cases, please contact us immediately so we can put it right.

Sale items

Items purchased during a sale or as part of a clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Predesigned products

If you have purchased one of our standard, predesigned items (such as a standard We Are Dance t-shirt), these are made to order for you. However, we are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange provided the item is returned to us in a resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Note, if you have had the item personalised then it is non-returnable.

You have 14 days to request a return from receiving goods.

How to return an item

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

  • Return shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
  • Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
